 Joining the Club to Submit Your Panos To submit your deviations, you need to join the club by clicking the "Join our Group" link at the top of our main page. You have two options:  Select "Member" and you will automatically become a valued member Select "Contributor" and you will automatically become a valued member (with voting privileges)If you're already a member and would like to be a contributor, you'll have leave the group and re-join as a contributor. What do Contributors do? This is a democratic club. As a contributor, you have the same permissions as a member but with extra privileges. You will vote on whether or not submissions to the club gallery meet the club rules (see below). Please visit the admin area to review announcements etc before voting for the first time. However, if the Chiefs find any deviations in the gallery breaking the rules, they will remove it. Conversely, if they find any that have been wrongly voted out, they will include it. If you strongly feel you're submission has been wrongly voted out, please get in touch with a chief - they will review the decision. This is the internet, so democracy needs some policing  Another bonus of being a contributor is that you get to suggest one of your favourite submissions from the club to the faves folder each month. Rules for Submitting Your Panorama to the Club  You may submit one panorama per week. We are principally a panorama club and we primarily accept stitched shots. We accept three types of submission: Stitched Panorama - We think a panorama is any wide-angle view or representation of a continuous physical/virtual space. The submission must be stitched from two or more shots. Stitched Non-Panorama - We accept stitched shots that are not panoramas which we deem are of high quality. Unstitched Panorama - We accept unstitched panoramic shots which meet the following criteria: It must have an aspect ratio of at least 2:1 (or vice versa) It must have a field of view of at least 160° by 75° (or vice versa)i.e. greater than what the human eye/brain can see at one time. The Chiefs decisions on acceptance and removal of your submissions are final.How to Submit Your Panorama to the Club To submit your pano, click the "Contribute Art" link at the top of our main page.NOTE: If you are a contributor: click the gallery tab > click the submit to this gallery button > select contribute existing art. It will then be reviewed by our chiefs and contributors who will ensure that it meets our club rules. If it does, they will vote for it to be accepted into the gallery folder. The number of votes required varies by how many chiefs/contributors we have.Club Icon We like to see our icon or stamp displayed on your deviant page. This can be done by enabling the Groups widget or adding our icon or stamp (below) to your journal or deviantID widget. In addition to this you could stick a link in your signature. We like to see our icon on your deviant page because this is the major way that the club will continue to grow.
